Blogger Drew Olivar to be charged in court for bomb scare FB Post – PNP Chief

MANILA – Blogger Drew Olivar will face a criminal complaint over his online post on an alleged bomb threat which has drawn flak, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Monday.
Olivar had claimed on Facebook that there might be a bombing last Friday, the 46th anniversary of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos’ declaration of martial law.
While Olivar may have “learned his lesson” from the incident, he will still be charged with violation of the anti-bomb joke law, PNP chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde told reporters.
